Jauborry Josue Chamblin Coutia—also known as Coulgi, Coogi, or Coogi the Majesty— is the lead rapper of I&I which is short for "Illegal Immigrant". Coogi is one of the top members of the dancehall group called Freestyle from Jamaica. Born in the US and raised in Haiti, Coogi is the first hip-hop Kreyol artist to perform on a national television, BET, and also win first place.

He has participated in many student events to help them raise money and promote the Haitian Culture. He has also taken part in various charity benefit shows for many social issues such as HIV/AIDS and drug awareness. Coogi has performed in some of the biggest Haitian and Jamaican shows such as The King of the Dancehall; The Compas Festival in Miami; The Festival of Independence in Miami; The Haitian National Conference in New York, Philadelphia, Boca Raton;  Club S.O.B.’s in New York; Five Spot Café New York; Shakaitutu First Annual Hip-Hop Kreyol Concert; Bicoloremix, Kaleidoscope Fest, Dancerama, and many places in Jamaica, Haiti, and Canada.

  In his raps, Coogi enjoys talking about social issues and encourages the youth of tomorrow to stay in school. His lyrics teach other aspiring rappers to follow their dreams.
