Cincinnati, Ohio, is now where this Florida native from Ft. Lauderdale calls home. Roshell, the daughter of two Haitian immigrants, is one of three children. Roshell graduated Suma Cum Laude from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) obtaining her MBA from its prestigious School of Business and Industry.
Roshell is CEO of Roshell Rosemond Holdings, LLC, a training and advisory organization, committed to coaching collegiate and high school students in the area of professional development (interviewing, resume writing, and dressing for success). Roshell was recently promoted to Senior Purchases Manager at the Procter and Gamble Company. Ms. Rosemond manages a spending budget of $100MM for all NA Baby/Home Care spunlace nonwovens with global sourcing responsibility for the Swiffer Dry brand, a $13 MM business. Roshell is recognized as a dedicated employee, an eager and fast learner, and a strong contributor to the results of the team. Roshell has delivered over $10 MM in savings in her Purchasing Manager role in the Nonwovens Spendpool. One of Roshell's many accomplishments was leading the first Baby Care Supplier Diversity Expo, a successful event focusing on the importance of African American/Minority Business Enterprise suppliers. Last September, Roshell was appointed to Mayor Mark Mallory’s Young Professional Kitchen Cabinet as the chair of the Economic Development Committee. Roshell’s 10 person committee is responsible for positively impacting economic prosperity in the Cincinnati region through incubation, growth, retention and attraction. One key achievement was successfully lobbying for a Cincinnati DrillDown analysis that will address misperceptions of the region's market size, buying power, market risk and stability. Roshell was initiated into the Beta Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in the Fall of 2003 and is an active member of the Cincinnati Queen City Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. In addition, Roshell serves as an advisor for the Sigma Zeta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. at NKU and is a past board member for Services United for Mothers and Adolescents (SUMA). Most recently Roshell was one of the featured speakers for the Black MBA Leaders of Tomorrow Program during the National convention in September 2007 in Orlando, Florida. |
