MEMBER

One who has paid the annual membership fee thereby showing the desire, willingness, and ability to participate actively in the organization by regularly attending meetings, joining committees, organizing functions, providing input in their area of expertise, etc.


Joining HALO by Mail

To become a full member of HALO, all you need to do is mail in Jackie your membership application along with a check for the annual membership fee of $50.00. Your membership will be valid from January 1st to December 31st of the current year. Any memberships paid for after January 1st will still expire on December 31st of the current year. Your paid membership entitles you to vote on issues put forth for member approval.
